The test methods of ASE extraction, sulfuric acid sulfonation and GPC purification of organochlorine pesticides in soil were introduced, and the effect of ASE extraction of organochlorine pesticides in soil was verified by comparison test and condition test. Results: The temperature of 80 ~ 110 ℃ and the pressure of 1200 ~ 1800psi are all suitable for the extraction of organochlorine pesticides in the soil. In addition to the high recovery rate of endrin, the 20 other organochlorine pesticides all fall in 50 ~ 150% Between, the relative standard deviation is within 20%. ASE extraction, GPC purification, average recovery of 20 pesticide samples spiked: 50 ~ 117%; relative standard deviation: 3% ~ 28%; recovery rate of 2 alternatives: 84% ~ 102%, relative standard deviation: 6% ~ 7%.
