McAndy introduced the LP3000 narrow web press and the new VSR300 winder to work together to form a complete "workflow" that highlights the main aspects of "oblique" manufacturing. By combining the latest productivity features, LP3000's printing and processing units are fully compatible, 100% interchangeable with at least 8 different process boxes, including rotary screen printing, hot stamping/cold stamping, intermediate station die cutting, and many more. The high-volume "workflow" includes the new VSR300 winder, a highly productive slitter/winder solution that also includes the VSR300D, a rewinder with a complete die-cutting module . The VSR300 is a universal winder with a speed of 230 meters per minute (900 feet per minute). The modular design and various options allow the machine to be configured in different models for different application purposes. VSR has several web widths that can be used to produce pressure-sensitive, unsupported films.
