If the thickness of the pre-cured layer is reduced from 3 mm to 0.6 mm, 14302.52 cubic meters of wood can be saved each year. 2, reduce the waste of the kerf, if the width of the kerf is reduced from 4.5 mm to 3.7 mm, each kerf is reduced by 0.8 mm, and each plate has 4 kerfs, which can save 98.4 cubic meters of wood per year. 3, reduce the amount of broken saw shreds, each sentence reduced by 5 mm, can save 615 cubic meters of wood per year. 4. Improve the wood chip acquisition rate of the chipper. In addition to improving the management level, reducing the rate of waste products, and improving the utilization rate of production line equipment, it is a way to save wood.
