EURACLI launches new miniature packaging technology

EURACLI's innovation in miniature packaging is the label "La Sommelire". The “La Sommelire” label is affixed to the wine bottle and a temperature of the wine in the bottle is indicated by a drop of variable-temperature thermal ink. The formula for the ink varies from product to product. Green indicates the best temperature for tasting, blue indicates too high a temperature, and brown indicates too low a temperature.

Depending on the end use, the EURACLI company developed a miniature package series that can be a perfume, a cosmetically effective ingredient, an antibacterial agent, a complex active ingredient, or just a pigment. Using EURACLI's micro-encapsulation technology, liquids or solids can be packaged in capsules to protect the substance from the outside world. Microencapsulated capsules can range in size from 0.5 to 2000 microns. Capsule-encapsulated products can be released through the rupture of capsules, and can also be gradually released through the membrane that penetrates the capsules.

In the field of printing, micro-encapsulated capsules can release fragrances to achieve odor exchange. Mailing advertisements, direct-input advertisements, product inserts, inserts, packages, and labels in magazines can all have a constant fragrance according to the designer's imagination.

Through the use of microcapsules encapsulating the active ingredients, vitamins, pigments and essential oils of medicines, it is possible to manufacture products that release related substances when used, and use them in creams, creams, shampoos, lotions, soaps, and toothpastes of beauty products.
