The new ZDG high-speed washing machine developed by Jining Huayi Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. in early 2004 was at Tengzhou Bowen Paper, Henan Linda Paper, Henan Hongtai Paper, Vietnam Saigon Paper, and Shandong Yanggu Enxin. The paper industry is working well, which indicates that the new high-speed pulp washer has been successfully developed.

The series high-speed pulper is a new product independently developed by Huayi Company on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technology. It is mainly used for the washing and concentration of pulp in the waste paper processing system using old domestic book and paper, ONP or MOW as raw materials, and the low concentration pulp is injected into the mesh belt and grooved by the head box under 0.2 MPa pressure. Between the driven rollers of the groove, the ash, filler and moisture in the slurry are centrifugally removed under the action of the high-speed centrifugal force, the mesh belt and the driven roller, and the initially concentrated slurry enters the driving roller along with the high-speed mesh belt. During further dehydration, the concentrated slurry was scraped by a scraper and sent out by the discharge screw; under the action of the high-pressure swing water spray, the mesh belt was fully flushed.

The high-speed pulp washer mainly consists of a frame, a tank body, a driving roller, a driven roller, a head box, a discharging spiral, a swinging blade tensioning and an automatic correcting device, a cover, a screen changing device, a high-pressure moving water spray, and a fixed spray. It is composed of water spray, filter, transmission, and electrical control system; the parts and components used to prevent corrosion and slurry contact are made of stainless steel. The main specifications are three kinds of 1000, 1500, 2000, the output range of Nissan 30 to 150 tons.
