In the preprinting process, you can take some detours. First, manuscript review and printing plate The first of the five elements of printing is the manuscript. When studying and analyzing manuscripts, you should pay attention to the following items: 1 dot text lines and field editions must be separated from each other, even if they are the same color. This is because the dot text lines and the amount of ink needed in the field are not the same. If it is on the same plate, after the anilox roller quantitatively transmits the ink, it meets the ink demand of dot and text lines, and it cannot meet the ink demand of the field version. Of course, if the width of the transverse web exceeds the web width of the machine, only the processing of the plate cylinder and its associated gears will be considered.
