Production of "Large Goods" for people to play
Before returning to his hometown, Chen Duanhui opened an eight-year supermarket in Wuhan. After seeing that some people recycle the waste plastic bottles and sell them into chemical fiber plants as raw materials for production, he feels that the investment is low, the technical content is not high, and he can easily make money. In 2006, 33-year-old Chen Duanhui put up 500,000 yuan savings in the founding of plastic factory in Huangxi.
It is difficult to see flowers easily. After the plant was put into production, he found that this line was not as simple as he had imagined. The plastic sheets he produces are semi-finished products in plastic recycled products, and they are also “road cargoesâ€. The monthly supply is not more than 50 tons. The target of cooperation is a local large-scale chemical fiber plant. Its monthly demand is at least 10,000 tons or more. It is very difficult for enterprises to deal with them. I ask them to play. The prices of products and payment methods are decided by each other."
High-quality production by color
A year later, Chen Duanhui decided to deep-process the plastic semi-finished products into plastic recycled granules. The added value will increase by 20%, and the income will increase by 1,000 yuan per ton.
He invested 200,000 yuan again to buy deep-processing machines. After several trials, he explored the "Road" to produce high-quality plastic pellets: The plastic bottles should be carefully sorted in color. They are also plastic bottles containing green tea. The uniform color of the bottle is deeper than that of Master Kong and must be handled separately. Cleaning must be done separately. Strictly control, the bottle can not have any impurities.
On the 2nd, the reporter saw in the Yusan Plastic Factory near Huangchuan Qianchuan Street. A 1,000 square meter factory building had piles of waste plastic bottles, but it was clean and odorless. White hard mineral water bottles, green tea beverage bottles, and blue juices. The bottles were piled up into several hills, and workers wore gloves to classify plastic bottles of different colors. After the successful production of recycled plastic pellets, Chen Duanhui began to provide raw materials to the manufacturers of plastics factories, zipper monofilament factories, and packaging bags in the province and gave up his cooperation with chemical fiber plants. Due to its good quality, he finally took the initiative in pricing and payment methods. right.
Clenching teeth in the financial crisis
Business has just picked up and trouble has come. At the end of 2008, when the financial crisis approached, half of domestic chemical fiber products were used for export, and after the export was blocked, Chen Duanhui’s raw materials could not be sold. The market price plunged from 8,400 yuan/ton to 4,000 yuan/ton, and at the same time, in order not to affect the surrounding residents. In his life, his factory must also be moved from the city to the suburbs.
Despite the difficulties, Chen Duanhui decided to clench his teeth. With the help of the Huanghua Industrial and Commercial Department, he found a 2000 square meter factory building around Qianchuan Street and settled down.
Online shop selling plastic does not make people counter-offer
As early as 2008, Chen Duanhui began to sell online, in the Chinese bottle network, gathered a large number of plastic bottles, barrels and other plastic products manufacturers. He did not use low prices to win click-through rates, but he directly linked the prices in the Chinese bottle net, and he did not offer a counter-offer. "They won't be tempted by low prices. If the other party asks for something to look like, I'll send them to them." No matter whether the business can be done or not, it can at least increase the product's popularity and reputation.†The factory has 4 million annual sales and half of its sales come from the Chinese bottle net.
Now, Chen Duanhui’s biggest problem is not that there are no buyers, but that the supply of raw materials is insufficient, leading to the shortage of products. “Plastic bottle recycling has a weak season, summer is the peak season for beverage consumption, and autumn and winter are the off-season. Now the factory can only produce 60 per month. Ton, and at least 100 tons during peak season.†He plans to set up a recycling chain for used plastics in Dawu and Hongan.
At the beginning of last year, the global economy began to warm up. The export of plastic products began to recover, and the prices of plastic products also rose steadily. "Now plastics regenerative particles have reached the highest price ever, selling 8,000 yuan per ton." Although the market is good, Chen Duanhui also has hidden concerns. After worrying about a big upswing, he reverted to a big drop. Now, he can only step up production as soon as possible, and try to minimize the risk.
