After receiving this hotline, the 12365 center carefully checked the import inspection of the batch of powdered milk and found that hero baby nutradefense infant formula was produced by the FrieslandCampina Domo.BV company in the Netherlands and was imported and packaged in the original port of the bonded area. The reason why the foreign label on the packaging jar is Spanish is that the hero baby trademark was registered in Spain by the hero Spanish company, and the hero baby infant formula was mainly sold in Spain. As a result, the Spanish version of the infant formula was preserved.

Regarding the issue that the name of the health certificate does not conform to the name of the outer packaging, after detailed verification, although the name of the official health certificate in the Netherlands is nutradefense and no hero baby, the certificate of origin, contract, invoice, bill of lading, etc. The certificates are shown as hero baby nutradefense. The rest of the information in the Dutch official health certificate except for the product name matches the information of various trade documents and is consistent with the actual product imported by the company. Therefore, the inspection and quarantine department determines the batch. Milk powder is imported from the Netherlands. After learning of the results, the 12365 Center gave feedback to the consultant after the investigation.
