Acceptance of carton quality
According to the different use channels of cartons, cartons are mainly divided into two categories: domestic cartons and export cartons. As the name suggests, export cartons are used to ship export goods, and domestic cartons are used to ship domestic circulating goods. Inspection requirements. GB / T6543 "Corrugated Box" Carton joint adhesive lap tongue width ≥ 30mm, adhesive coating is even; G--The gross weight of the carton of the loaded goods, kg stacking time is 24 hours, and the carton is not collapsed or damaged, and it is qualified. Polypropylene cutlery is perfect for use with foods that are softer and not difficult to cut like pasta. Polypropylene cutlery is also called PP Cutlery, which is also more bendable compared to polystyrene cutlery, so it's less likely to snap. Polypropylene plastic has a shinier surface and a higher heat tolerance than polystyrene PP cutlery Anhui Jianfeng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd , https://www.jfplacutlery.com

GB / T4857. 5 "Basic test of transport package vertical impact drop test method"
There are also standards based on the shipment of different commodities, such as: GB / T4856 "Knitted Cotton Fabric Packaging". There are also many industry standards involved, among which the most used is the People ’s Republic of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine SN / T0262 "Export Commodity Packaging Corrugated Box Inspection Regulations", and the internationally used IS0 standard.
Carton acceptance method
Cartons stapled by flat wire require that the flat wire is free of rust spots, delamination, cracks or other defects in use;
The cabinet is square and the surface is not allowed to have obvious damage and stains;
The printed image on the box surface is clear, the depth is consistent, and the position is accurate. The name or code of the carton manufacturer must be printed on the lid;
Carton joint nails overlap lap tongue width 35mm ~ 50mm, metal nails should be in the middle of the lap tongue, using oblique nails (450) or horizontal nails, box nails should be neatly and evenly arranged, single row nail distance ≤80mm, head and tail nails No more than 20mm from the edge of the indentation line. There should be no overlapping nails, nails, corners, etc .;
Carton creasing line width: single corrugated cardboard box ≤12mm, double corrugated cardboard box ≤17mm, after folding the rocker cover, the fold line is centered and does not break;
The carton rocker cover is folded back and forth more than 5 times after opening and closing 180, and there must be no cracking in the l and 2 types of box facial paper and the inner paper, and the third type of box facial paper must not be cracked, and the total cracking of the inner paper is ≤70mm
GB / T5033 is slightly different from GB / T6543 in appearance inspection: double nail box nail distance ≤75mm, single nail box nail distance ≤55mm;
According to the SN / T0262 standard, more requirements are as follows: carton facial paper is not allowed to be spliced, missing materials, exposed, wrinkled, and through glue. The inner paper is not allowed to be spliced more than two times, the stitching distance between the indentation line is ≥30mm, the degumming area is ≤20cm per square meter, and the carton rocker lid is opened and closed and folded back and forth 3 times for 3 times. The paper and the inner paper must not be cracked. [next]
Corrugated box physical performance test
Before carrying out the physical performance test of the corrugated carton, the carton should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 23 ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 50% ± 5% for 24 hours, and tested under this condition (excluding moisture content).
Water content
The moisture content specified in the standard refers to the moisture after 30 minutes to 60 minutes after the corrugated board is away from the machine. The standard range is slightly different due to different standards. This must be determined before inspection.
Thickness ("GB / T6547-1998 Corrugated cardboard thickness measurement method")
It refers to the measurement distance between two parallel planes of the thickness gauge under the specified pressure of the corrugated cardboard sample.
Puncture test ("GB / T2679.7-1981 Determination of cardboard piercing strength")
It refers to the work required to pass a cardboard with a certain shape of a pyramid. It is a scene that simulates the carton suddenly being damaged by a hard object during transportation.
Burst test ("GB / T6545-1998 Corrugated cardboard bursting strength test method")
It refers to the maximum pressure value that the corrugated cardboard can withstand in a unit area under the test conditions and can increase uniformly perpendicular to the surface of the sample.
Edge pressure test ("GB / T6546-1998 Corrugated cardboard edge pressure strength measurement method")
Detect the pressure that the corrugated cardboard can bear per unit length.
Adhesion test (also known as peel test) ("GB / T6548-1998 Corrugated cardboard adhesion and strength determination method")
It is an index that reflects the adhesion and fastness between the layers of corrugated cardboard.
Empty box compression test
Check the pressure that the carton itself can bear according to the calculation formula:
P = K · G (H / h-1) X9.8
P: compressive strength value, N: K: deterioration coefficient,
G: gross weight of a single carton, kg; H: stacking height, m (3m); h: height of a single carton, m; H / h: must take an integer, less than one is calculated by one. Deterioration coefficient K: The maximum inner diameter comprehensive size refers to the sum of the length, width and height of the carton. When the maximum mass of the contents and the maximum integrated size are not in the same grade, the standard of one set of height shall prevail. As long as one test item fails, this batch of cartons is considered unqualified. The main items of the transport performance test are:
Drop test
Pack the carton according to the shipping state. (Number of 3) Determine the drop height according to the weight of the carton and the mode of transportation. A carton falls at a corner and the three faces and three edges forming the corner are damaged. If the contents are leaked, it will be unqualified .
The stacking test packs the carton according to the shipping state, and stacks a certain load (3 pieces) on it.
The load is according to the formula:
M = (H / h-1) G
In the formula: M--the stacking weight applied on the carton, kgH--3mh--carton height, m
Other test methods include vibration and shock. In addition to the above test items, there is also an important trend in the detection of heavy metals, especially packaging and products exported to the European Union, which must be tested for mercury, lead, chromium, arsenic, cadmium and other element content. Carton boxes that ship dangerous goods, such as paints and perfumes, fall into this category. The United Nations has a proposal for the transportation of dangerous goods.
Cartons carrying dangerous goods are tested according to this requirement. According to the size of the dangerous contents of the carton, determine the strength of the detection. The main detection items are drop and stacking. Since China joined WT0, it has paid more and more attention to food packaging. The main testing items are coliform bacteria, pathogenic bacteria, heavy metal content, etc.
